Amazon Lockers
LOCATED ON THE UPPER LEVEL, OUTSIDE OF SEARS.
Instead of delivering a package to your home or business address, you can select an Amazon Locker location and pick up your package at a time that's convenient for you. Once your package is delivered to the Amazon Locker, you'll receive an e-mail notification with a unique pickup code that includes the address and opening times for your selected Locker location.
When you arrive to collect your package, enter your pickup code or scan the barcode using the barcode scanner and follow the instructions on the screen.
All packages delivered to Amazon Locker locations must be picked up within three business days. If you're not able to collect your package within this timeframe, the package will be returned to us for a refund.

Ambassador Program
Need assistance? Our ambassadors are here to help! Each ambassador is a fully trained security officer with additional customer service training. Please seek them out with any requests, or call 915-581-2288 to coordinate an ambassador to meet you within the property!
ATM Machine
For easy access to your cash, an Expedia ATM is located on the 2nd floor across from Sunglass Hut, near the Elevator.
baby Changing stations
For your convenience, baby changing stations are located on the 2nd floor, the hall to the right of the Cinemark theatres, in both the Men's and Women's Restrooms.
Children's Play Area
Take a break from shopping and let your little one enjoy some fun at the Children's Play Area. Located on the 2nd floor in the Food Court area. Open to all children (Must be 4 ft. and under).
Device Charging Station
For your convenience, we offer (4) recharging stations fit for most devices, (2) are located on the 1st floor by the South Main Entrance and Agaci, (2) are located on the 2nd floor by American Eagle Outfitters and Dillards.
First Aid
First-aid assistance can be provided at the Mall Office located on the upper level, down the hall by the Food Court Entrance, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. After hours, please call security at 915-581-2288. In the event of an emergency please dial 911. AED devices are located in the Music Room and the Security Mobile.
Food Court
Take a break from shopping and enjoy a snack in our Food Court located on the 2nd floor, next to the North Main Entrance.
Handicap Accessible
Our property offers accessibility for our guest needing additional assistance.
- Accessible entrances are located at the North and South Main entrances.
- Accessible restrooms are located in both the Mens and Women's restrooms.
- Handicap parking is located throughout the property.
Kiddie Rides
Let your little one enjoy a ride on our Mini Carousels. Located on 1st floor by Men's Dillards and on the 2nd floor in the Food Court area, they are coin operated.
Lost & Found
If you misplace an item, visit Lost & Found located in the mall office, located on the upper level, down the hall near the Food Court Entrance, or call Security at: 915-581-2288.
Mall Walkers Program
Our mall offers a self-guided Mall Walkers Program every morning at opening.
Non-Smoking
To make your experience the best it can be, our mall is a Non-Smoking facility. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the North and South Main entrances.

Shop with peace of mind knowing our Security is here to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. If you need to contact Security at any time during your visit, please call (915) 581-2288.
Strollers
Push your little one around with ease in our of our strollers. Located on the 1st floor to the left of the escalator by Sears, and on the 2nd floor in the Food Court.
Stuffed Animal Ride Rentals
Enjoy a fun and unique experience by riding one of the Kroozer Kart rentals. Located on the 2nd floor between Kay Jewelers and Zales. (Weight Limit: Up to 400 lbs).

Friday - 2pm to 9pm
Saturday - 10am to 9pm
Sunday - 12pm to 6pm
Vending Machines
Grab a quick drink from one of the Coca-cola vending machines located throughout the property.
